The Field Operations Manager is an advocate for high quality maintenance and presentation of public spaces in the Downtown Improvement District. The manager oversees the work of two maintenance teams comprised of 2-6 people each; monitors projects and programs impacting public spaces; gathers and analyzes data related to use of public spaces, including pedestrian interactions and enhanced maintenance services; and makes recommendations for improved operations.
